5. Why mobile platform?
 Mobile platform-78% mobile penetration/Tele
density in India.
 Mobile internet subscriptions as reported by
India's TRAI in Mar 2011 increased to 381 million.
 In year 2012 more than half of mobile phones sold
in India are smart phones.

By using the above technology effectively, we
can bring a change in the people-

can be resolved with minimum effort
needed. For this to happen in reality,
government should take up the initiative and
act soon.
