The application should be either pre-installed in the
phones or may be downloaded by
the user.
This helps the user to contact
government with the existing
service providers.

Like, www.india.gov.in
integrating all the links
of government service
delivery system, people
can directly access it to
connect & avail the
service. It must be
updated with facebook
page, twitter feeds, RSS
feeds etc.
9. How kiosks are to be used?
The kiosks will have
Pictorial and audio
instruction ,where
queries will be
answered in audio-
video form.
10. Where kiosks?
Remote areas which has limited mobile and
internet connectivity.
Use of mobile kiosks.

By using the above technology effectively, we
can bring a change in the people-
Government interface. All kind of queries
can be resolved with minimum effort
needed. For this to happen in reality,
government should take up the initiative and
act soon.
